About ChatIntoPDF

ChatIntoPDF turns a WhatsApp chat export into a clean, readable PDF — a record you can save, print, share or keep. You upload the export, preview the whole document free, pay once for that chat and download it; the file stays in your private account so you can fetch it again.

What it does

WhatsApp lets you export any chat as a .txt or .zip file through its built-in “Export chat” option. That file is raw and awkward to read. ChatIntoPDF reads it on our servers and lays the conversation out as a proper document, with dates, times and sender names, in the style you choose — chat bubbles, a clean document, a formal numbered record, or a book-style keepsake.

How your files are handled

Your export is uploaded over an encrypted connection and converted on our servers (AWS, Mumbai region). It is kept in your private account for a year after you buy, or 14 days if you never do, so you can download the PDF again; you can delete any chat, or your whole account, whenever you like. We do not read your conversations or use them for anything but producing your PDF. You can read the whole formatted document in a free preview before you decide to pay. Details are in the privacy policy.

Who makes it

ChatIntoPDF is developed and maintained by Aarohan Enterprises, a software business based in Nagpur, India, which also builds the tools listed at pinecoder.in. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe what the tool works with.

How it is paid for

Previewing is always free. To download the clean file you pay once for that chat, in US dollars, through PayPal: $1.99 for the PDF, $3.99 with photos, $6.99 for Complete (adds Excel and CSV). You sign in with an emailed code, there is no password and no subscription. See pricing.
