Plain terms for using ChatIntoPDF. By using the tool you agree to these.

What the service is

ChatIntoPDF converts a WhatsApp chat export (a .txt or .zip file) into a formatted PDF, in your browser. It also offers spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) exports on the top tier. It is provided by Aarohan Enterprises.

Not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta

ChatIntoPDF is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta. Trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Your content and how you use it

You keep all rights to the conversations you convert. You are responsible for having the right to use a conversation and for how you use the output. Do not use ChatIntoPDF to break the law or someone else's privacy — for example to publish or misuse another person's private messages without a lawful basis.

The 24-hour pass

Previewing is free. A payment unlocks a 24-hour pass that lets you convert as many chats as you like for 24 hours; the tier you buy sets which features are available. There is no account and no subscription — the pass simply expires. Because the free preview lets you check the exact output before paying, passes are generally non-refundable; but if the tool failed to produce what the preview showed, contact us and we'll make it right. Payments are processed by PayPal.

No warranty; not legal advice

The tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. A formatted PDF is a convenient copy of your own export — it is not automatically proof of authenticity or completeness, and it is not legal advice. If you need a conversation for a court, a visa, an employer or any formal process, consult a qualified professional about what format and verification they require; admissibility and evidentiary rules differ by place and case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aarohan Enterprises is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the tool, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question.
